Measure flow

The need for flow measurement can have several reasons: process reliability, consistent product quality, environmental protection – to name just a few. Therefore, industrial flow measurement will continue to become increasingly important in the future. For this purpose, SIKA has a large number of different measuring principles available to you, such as vane wheel sensors in turbines, magnetic-inductive, vortex, oval gear, gear, or electronic flow sensors.

We are your competent partner in flow measurement technology.

Magnetic Inductive Flow Meters

Magnetic-inductive flow sensors have proven themselves for many years in a variety of different applications. Regardless of whether it is a robust industrial version or a cost-optimized OEM version: SIKA MIDs respond quickly, are not subject to mechanical wear, and are very flexible in installation.

Turbine Flow Meters

Turbine flow sensors are used for volume flow measurement or for dosing tasks with water and water mixtures. Due to their particularly compact design, their very wide measuring range and their convincing measuring accuracy, there are almost unlimited possible uses.

Vortex Flow Sensors

Due to their principle, SIKA vortex flow sensors are subject to almost no mechanical wear. They are made of sturdy, glass fiber reinforced plastic or in a robust metal version. These sensors impress with their wide measuring range, their high interference immunity, durability, and an excellent price/performance ratio.

Flow Switches

The extensive modular principle of the SIKA flow switches offers you the optimal flow switch for your system or process. Depending on the requirements, you can choose the right flow switch for your application from a variety of high-quality metal or cost-optimized plastic versions.

Level Switches

The SIKA level switchess are the simple and reliable solution for monitoring liquid levels. The proven float principle and a potential-free contact as a signal transmitter offer a high level of functional reliability.

Positive Displacement Flow Meters

The high-precision gear volume sensors work according to the displacement principle. Their high resolution combined with reliable measurement accuracy make them particularly interesting for applications measuring the smallest volumes.
